Handpicked in the highlands of La Sampedrana, Comayagua and cultivated around 1750 masl, this organic lot from Esmeralda Farm is a classic, clean Honduran cup with elevated sweetness. We roast to a balanced medium to deepen the natural sugars while keeping origin clarity. In the cup: milk chocolate and cocoa, ripe stone fruit (peach/pear), and a gentle floral lift, finishing silky and refreshingly clean. Grown primarily from Caturra & Typica varieties and fully washed to showcase a crisp profile, it’s an everyday coffee with exceptional grace and transparency.
